Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and the chosen delivery method. All shipping costs will be displayed before you finalise your order.

Sales agreement

All products, services and prices shown in the shop are not legally binding. After entering all personal contact information and clicking the order now button on the order confirmation page, the order is considered binding. You will receive the order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation is sent. If you do not receive the confirmation or the actual delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound for your purchase.

Delivery

Information about availability and delivery time is part of the product description on the product page. If no information is available you should receive your goods within 30 days after placing your order.

Cancellations

You may withdraw from the sale within two (2) weeks without justification, provided that you send your cancellation in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) or if you return the goods to us. If you are a professional buyer or independent professional the current legal provisions for the return of the goods shall apply.The deadline for the return of the goods begins when you receive the goods.
