Frequently asked questions

If you detect an error in your order once it has been confirmed on the website, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible on +34 629 984 475 or by sending an email to pedidos@mistermints.com. In this way, we will be able to change your order before processing it.

If you have already registered but cannot remember your password, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter your e-mail address.
2. You will receive an email with a link asking you to enter a new password.
3. Log back into your account with the new password.

To place an order on the website, simply choose the products you want and add them to your shopping cart.
Once selected, click on ‘Place order’.
Then enter your login details or log in as a guest and follow the checkout steps.
Remember that the delivery address can be different from the billing address.

Currently all our deliveries are made through SEUR/DPD.

If you place a minimum order of 59,95€/65,00€/75,00€ (depending on the country) the shipping costs are completely free. The shipping cost will be indicated at the time of purchase in each case.
